Our Mission: Beauty with a Purpose

At CapeTown DMV, we are driven by a mission to build self-esteem within underserved communities by providing free hair and beauty services while creating pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, and licensure.

With empathy, compassion, and shared knowledge, we remove barriers that can change the course of a person’s life, strengthen partnerships with community leaders and organizations, and empower members to achieve success in beauty, health, and self-care—ensuring they, in turn, give back to the community.
