Founded by Dimosha Devon Smith & Cofounder Felicia Webb, CapeTown DMV is a network of barbers, hair stylists, braiders, makeup artists, nail technicians, and beauty enthusiasts who have come together to create something special. Our volunteer members form the backbone of our organization, dedicating their time, skills, and passion to serving the community.

We don't do this work alone. Most of our events are made possible through the generosity of organizations, businesses, and government agencies that believe in our mission. Their support allows us to purchase supplies, equipment, and provide monetary donations to our volunteers.
